Cancel Subscription or Delete Account
You can cancel Pro or delete your account yourself at any time. It only takes a minute.
Cancel your Pro subscription
- Sign in and open Subscription.
- Click Manage in Stripe. This opens the secure billing page of Stripe, our payment provider.
- Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.
You won’t be charged again. Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that, your account continues on the Free plan, and your transcriptions stay in My Files.
Delete your account
This can’t be undone. All your transcriptions and files are deleted, and an active subscription is cancelled immediately, so you lose the rest of the paid period. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead.
- Sign in and open Security.
- Scroll down to Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
- Type DELETE and click Permanently Delete Account.
You’re signed out right away. If you sign in again later, you’ll start with a new, empty account.
