Cleaner high passages with 8va

When a passage climbs into a forest of ledger lines, it becomes a chore to read. We now detect those stretches and place an 8va line over them — the notes drop back onto the staff while sounding exactly the same.

It is a small touch that makes busy, high passages far easier on the eyes. You can switch it off if you prefer the literal notation.
